We assist participants in navigating the disability housing system, including helping understand housing options, engaging with support coordinators, and overcoming access barriers and challenges.

We help participants secure suitable housing by identifying options and assisting with application processes and tenancy/accommodation documentation.

We assist NDIS participants with accessing and optimising Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding. We can provide guidance to help participant's NDIS plans align with their needs and work to address any necessary funding requirements.

For Participants
Housing Pathway Support: We provide specialist housing pathway support and navigation (often in partnership with support coordinators). We assist in understanding and exploring housing options, engaging with housing providers, and securing long-term housing that meets needs and preferences. We provide accommodation and tenancy documentation review to ensure clients understand their obligations and rights.
Housing Database: We maintain a database of all known SDA in SA, including dwellings in design/development phases.
Participants can register their interest and preferences on our NDIS housing seeker platform .

Training, Education, and Awareness: We deliver education and training sessions to share information and assist those needing housing supports or seeking to contribute to new build housing projects.
Specialist Consulting: We provide specialist consulting services concerning the Disability Housing System, including the SDA framework. We assist with new build housing projects, housing strategy, tenant relocation and market analysis.
Participant-Led New Build Development Outcomes: We connect Investors/Developers with Participants seeking SDA housing to facilitate participant-led housing design outcomes.
