Taryn Thompson | Managing Director & Founder
Taryn founded Disability Housing Pathways after over two decades in the property sector, with the last five years dedicated to disability housing.
As an advocate for safe, suitable, and secure housing for individuals living with disability, Taryn recognised that many often lack the support needed to explore their options or secure housing on fair and suitable terms. This inspired her to create a network to connect “people to place” and support these people in navigating and overcoming these barriers.
With a background in law, governance, and real estate and extensive experience working with government agencies, community housing providers, and NDIS providers in South Australia, Taryn brings unique expertise to Disability Housing Pathways, ensuring tailored support for your needs.

Tania holds a Diploma in Property and is a Certified Senior Housing Professional. She possesses qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Change Management, and Performance Management, demonstrating her commitment to fostering inclusive environments for individuals living with disability.
